We are the Royal Orleans Condominium Association (ROCA).  We are a collection of 101 units located on North Bourbon Street and West Kiehnau Avenue. We exist to create an exciting place to live and enjoy our community. This website is designed to improve communications and disseminate information to our unit owners. The purpose is to create a two way connection with all our owner occupied members.
